工序控制是班组开展质量管理活动重要内容,也是企业全面质量管理重要基础。为使产品质量做到予防为主,把质量事故消灭在生产过程中,从而有效地提高工序生产能力。下面摘要报导我公司系统几个厂一些车间班组工序质量控制取得初步效果的几个事例; 上海电缆厂一车间型模小组采用质量控制图,加强操作技术,严格按作业指导书加工,提高了模子的使用寿命。试点前,平均拉丝吨位为500公斤,通过试点,针对拉丝直径公差幅度大,采用公差上下限范围控制图,使模子的平均拉丝吨位为1000公斤以上,寿命提高1倍。又如三车间塑联工段塑胶机和交联机上进行控制,以改进工艺着手,控制电缆外径的护套厚薄不均匀,把电缆外径超差部分平均缩小
