(接上期)根据《商标审查标准》,商标的文字构成、图形外观或者其组合足以使公众将其与政府间国际组织的名称、旗帜、徽记相联系的,判定为与政府间国际组织的名称、旗帜、徽记相同或者近似。本条虽然规定同政府间国际组织的名称、旗帜、徽记相同或者近似的标志不得作为商标使用,但同时也规定了除外情况。即如果该标志的使用是经该组织同意的,或者不易误导公众,则该标志不在商标禁用标志之列,是可以作为商标使用的。
