一、前 言 施工,乃是使用规定材料,克服工地条件,并以一定的精确度和经济性实现设计意图的具体行为。施工管理就是使设计意图在某种容许精度范围内具体实现为目的,并负有联络设计与施工的责任。在1955年以前,路面工程只凭经验和直感来施工,施工与施工管理无所区别。虽然如此,当时也还铺出了满意的路面。
