在中小型型钢轧机上,尖角方钢轧制的灵活孔型设计方法已得到了发展。在60~75mm尺寸范围内,只需两个成品道次。成品孔的灵活度(Flexibilty)定义为所轧钢材的最大与最小尺寸的比,为1.15~1.25,取决于孔型的几何形状。调整成品孔或成品前孔的辊缝可以改变这个灵活度。这就是说,容易受到成品孔开度影响的轧材角部可以成品前孔来成型,成品前孔设计成双角度孔。方钢灵活轧制六年的实践经验告诉我们,这种方法对改变轧机调整非常敏感,但是可以取得很好的公差范围。成品的尖角半径达到瑞典标准要求的上限。
In the small and medium-sized steel mill, sharp-edged square steel rolling hole design method has been developed. In the 60 ~ 75mm size range, only two finished pass. Flexibilty of the finished hole is defined as the ratio of the maximum to minimum dimensions of the rolled steel, ranging from 1.15 to 1.25, depending on the geometry of the hole. Adjusting the finished hole or roll gap in the front hole of the finished product can change this flexibility. This means that the corners of the material that are susceptible to the opening of the finished hole can be formed in the front hole of the finished product and the front hole of the finished product is designed as a double angle hole. The six years of experience with flexible mill rolling at Fanggang have shown us that this method is very sensitive to changing mill adjustments but achieves very good tolerances. Finished corner radius reached the Swedish standard requirements of the ceiling.
