一、概述 由于超精加工设备简单调整容易,操作简单,加工精度提高显著,故最近一年多来国内活塞销行业不少成员厂对超精加工产生了极大的兴趣。83年底由肖山活塞销厂、上海一汽附厂与潍坊拖配厂联合在肖山活塞销厂用3M6312超精机床进行了首次活塞销超精加工工艺试验,活塞销超精加工后表面光洁度有明显提高,试验结果表明采用超精加工方法提高活塞销表面光洁度是可行的手段。(试验详细情况参阅“内燃机配件”1984年第1期,第30页,董良辉文章“利用无心超精加工来提高活塞销外园表面光洁度”)但由于试验批量小及试验条件等的限制,当时还认识不到活塞销超精加工后其几何精度也有明显地提高。
