一、前言残余应力是指当机器零件没有受到外力和温度的作用时,存在于零件内部并且保持相互平衡的“内应力”。任何一个零件,由于加工制造的原因,其内部都存在着残余应力,只是数量的大小及其分布情况不同而已。表面残余应力的存在对疲劳强度、尺寸稳定性、抗腐蚀能力都有很大的影响。以疲劳强度而言,当表面层具有残余拉应力时,极限疲劳强度大大降 I.
