冲压拉伸工艺,由于坯料计算不够准确、拉伸操作过程压边力大小、润滑状况、模具制造公差以及材料方向性等因素的影响,所以拉伸后冲件高度不能达到要求,还需经车床修边。经改革后,只需要一次拉伸的冲件采用落料拉伸切边模,可以达到尺寸要求,省去车边工序。冲模结构见图1。冲模结构基本上与一般的落料拉伸模相同,所不同之处仅将拉伸凸模改
