平果铝业公司氧化铝高压溶出技术系从国外引进,一年多的试生产证明,这套技术的引进是成功的。但在试生产过程中,溶出工序闪蒸槽过料管的磨损速度过快,妨碍生产的正常进行,影响氧化铝生产的经济效益。本文通过对料浆特性和磨损机理的分析,指出料浆不溶物中高硬度、形状无规则的磨粒是使磨损过快的主要原因,并提出改善过料管结构形式,适当提高材料硬度,稳定工艺控制参数的对策,以减小过料管的磨损。
