自从我国实施改革开放政策过后,社会进步趋势极为显著,同时也不可避免地夹杂着一些消极隐患,尤其是在德国风险社会理论指导作用下,在我国开始衍生出风险刑法理论。在此类背景影响下,本文决定针对风险刑法理论基础性内涵机理、传统罪责刑法产生的诸多影响问题等加以客观论述,同时运用理性态度探讨论证出风险社会下传统刑法弊端的科学化应对策略,希望能够至此为我国法治社会安定和经济协调发展前景同步绽放,提供不竭的支撑引导动力。

Especially under the guidance of the theory of risk society in Germany, the theory of risk criminal law began to emerge in our country.
