《国际经济技术合作》一书正式出版已经四年多了。作为一门建设中的学科,四年时间虽然不长,但国际经济的发展与变化已越来越证明本学科的重要性。这些发展与变化本应在再版时得到反映,然而,由于时间限制和其他原因,这一点未能做到,这是十分抱憾的。 从国际经济技术合作的角度看,四年中的重大变化有:
It has been more than four years since the official publication of International Economic and Technical Cooperation. As a construction discipline, although the four-year period is not long, the development and changes of the international economy have increasingly proved the importance of this discipline. These developments and changes should have been reflected in the republication. However, it is very regrettable that this can not be done due to time constraints and other reasons.
