用ＲＩＡ法检测了１１９例病毒性肝炎患者血清ＴＦ水平，并同步检测了ＳＦ和Ｈｂ。结果显示，各型病毒性肝炎血清ＴＦ含量与正常人比较均下降，且随病情加重，血清ＴＦ有明显下降趋势。ＴＦ和ＳＦ之间呈负相关，与Ｈｂ之间呈正相关。虽相关系数随病情严重而变大，但相关性均不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）
Serum TF levels were measured by RIA in 119 patients with viral hepatitis and simultaneous detection of SF and Hb. The results showed that the serum TF levels of various types of viral hepatitis decreased compared with normal people, and with the aggravation of illness, serum TF decreased significantly. There was a negative correlation between TF and SF and a positive correlation with Hb. Although the correlation coefficient with the severity of the disease becomes larger, but the correlation was not significant (P> 0.05)
