人生在世,往往最大的敌人就是自己。我们因没有勇往直前的勇气而安于现状,我们因缺乏信心而不敢面对未来,这正是缺乏反思的症结。只有全面的反思才能真正认识自己,只有真正认识自己并付出相应的行动,才能不断完善自己。子曰:“学而不思则罔,思而不学则殆。”反思是一面镜子,帮你找出自己的不足;反思是一句鼓励自己的言语,鼓励你不断前进;反思是起航的风帆,让你迎风前进,驶向彼岸。
Life is alive, often the biggest enemy is yourself. It is the crux of reflection that we feel unsure because we have no courage to move forward with the status quo, and we are afraid to face the future due to lack of confidence. Only a full reflection can we truly understand ourselves. Only by truly understanding ourselves and paying corresponding actions can we continuously improve ourselves. Confucius said: “Thinking without thinking is indiscriminate, thinking is not learning is perilous. ” Reflection is a mirror to help you find your own inadequacies; reflection is to encourage your own words to encourage you to continue to move forward; reflection is set sail Sail, let you windward, heading for the other side.
