目前世界劳工市场的一个突出特点是供过于求,在全世界范围内存在严重的失业现象。目前,全世界约有4亿人口由于缺乏就业机会而生活在贫困之中。无论是西方发达国家、发展中国家,还是向市场经济转轨的国家,都不同程度地存在着失业的现象。未来21世纪全球失业的趋势如何,是人们所关注的问题。据中国社科院世界经济与政治研究所研究员叶灼新分析,从影响未来失业的若干因素看,21世纪全球的失业问题将趋向缓和。
A prominent feature of the current labor market in the world is oversupply, with serious unemployment worldwide. At present, about 400 million people worldwide live in poverty because of a lack of employment opportunities. Unemployment, to varying degrees, exists in both developed and western countries as well as countries that have transitioned to a market economy. The trend of global unemployment in the 21st century in the future is a matter of concern. According to Ye Xinxin, a researcher at the Institute of World Economics and Politics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, from the perspective of several factors that affect future unemployment, the global unemployment problem in the 21st century will tend to ease.
