应用酚妥拉明治疗婴幼儿重症肺炎并心力衰竭32例,年龄1个月～3岁;男19例,女13例。经给快速洋地黄类药物效果不显,加用酚妥拉明0.5～1毫克/(公斤·次),缓慢静滴。根据病情4～8小时重复给药。用药后4～6小时病情开始好转,3～4次后明显好转,心衰得到纠正,病程缩短。
