1990年夏秋季节,河南省部分地、市、县发生了流行性乙型脑炎(简称乙脑)的流行,发病率超出往年的1～4倍,有些地方发病率更高。本文总结1990年我省乙脑的病死原因及抢救经验。本文收集全省1990年1106例临床资料较完整的病例,实际乙脑发病人数逾万人,此组1106例病人主要是住院病例,共病死62例,平均病死率为5.61%,最高病死率按市、县医院为计算单位,达19.36%,最低病死率为2.58%.1990年乙脑死亡病例的分布有两个特点:①成年病人死亡率高于儿
