在学校行政的直接帮助和全组教师的共同努力下,我们语文教学小组已逐步成长起来了。通过一系列的小组活动,对改进语文教学起了一定的作用。全组同志过去那种认为教学小组不能解决问题,教学活动是负担的思想基本上没有了。下面就是我们进行教学研究活动的一些情况。一、深入教学实际,掌握全盘教学情况: 1.通过课堂听课,了解教师们的教学情况。我的听课工作是根据整个小组的活动计划进行的。如计划中排定在第七周内要研究字词教学问题,我从第五周起就开始在听课中注意字词的教学。从中我发现初二五班老师在教字词中有些问题。比如他只教学生单独认五课的“五”、放学的“放”,脱离词句来讲解词义,孩子们当然不会很好地理解,也就更谈不到运
