中国企业管理协会价值工程研究会于1988年5月25日至27日在天津市召开成立大会。这在我国价值工程发展史上是一次具有历史意义的会议。我国价值工程研究会的成立,是在中国企业管理协会会长袁宝华、常务副会长张彦宁的关怀和亲自指导批示下组建的。
The China Enterprise Management Association Value Engineering Research Association held its inaugural meeting in Tianjin from May 25 to May 27, 1988. This is a historical conference in the history of the development of value engineering in our country. The establishment of the China Value Engineering Research Association was set up under the care and personal guidance of the president of China Enterprise Management Association Yuan Baohua and executive vice president Zhang Yanning.
