西宁市、各自治州人民政府,海东行署,省政府各委、办、厅、局:为了贯彻落实国务院《住房公积金管理条例》(国务院令第350号,以下简称《条例》)和《国务院关于进一步加强住房公积金管理的通知》(国发[2002]12号,以下简称《通知》),不断完善住房公积金管理办法,健全住房公积金监督管理体系,切实加强我省住房公积金的管理,现提出如下实施意见。一、关于调整和完善住房公积金决策体制(一)西宁市、海东地区、各自治州(以下统称州、地、市)要按照《条例》和《通知》的规定,分别设立一个住房公积金管理委员会(以下简称管委会),作为住房公积金管理的决策机构。各地管委会应在今年11月中旬之前完成组建工作,组建情况要报省住房委员会办公室备案。
