据《触发器》杂志报道,日本效率协会发表了去年夏季进行的以“竞相致力于获取独创性研究开发成果”为内容的调查报告。这是以1350家上市企业为对象进行的问卷调查。在回收答卷的445家企业中,几乎所有的企业都致力于独创性产品和技术的研究开发。为清楚地反映这一状况,此调查以“产生独创性研究开发成果的主要因素”为题,把经济不景气条件下,企业在独创性方面的竞争,以及产生独创性成果的主要因素,与泡沫经济鼎盛期的1988～1989年的情况相比较,给出数据。
According to the “Trigger” magazine’s report, the Japan Efficiency Association published an investigation report on “Competition for Obtaining Original Research and Development Achievements” conducted last summer. This is a survey conducted on 1,350 listed companies. Of the 445 companies that replied to the questionnaire, almost all of them are committed to the research and development of original products and technologies. In order to clearly reflect this situation, this survey is based on the “main factor for the creation of original research and development results”, and deals with the competition between companies in originality and the main factors that produce original results under conditions of economic downturn. The data from the 1988-1989 period when the bubble economy peaked were compared.
