当前,国际海上货物运输法律的发展正处在一个交叉路口,何去何从,世界各国正面临选择.我国正在制定《中华人民共和国海商法》,如何使之促进我国对外贸易和海上交通运输的发展,适应国际海上货物运输法律发展的趋势,乃是我们目前面临的一项紧迫任务.本文试图通过对国际海上货物运输法律现状及其发展趋势的分析,就我国海商法中如何规定国际海上货物运输中的一些基本问题,谈一点粗浅的看法,供制定我国海商法参考.
