We have recently developed a novel amphiphilic polymer (telodendrimer), comprised of linear polyethylene glycol and dendric cholic acid cluster, which can self-assemble to form core-shell micelles under aqueous condition.Several hydrophobic chemotherapeutic drugs such as Paclitaxel, Etoposide, Vincristine, and SN-38 have been successfully loaded into the micellar nanoparticles.This nanoplatform is highly versatile.Particle size can be readily tuned by varying the configuration and composition of the telodendrimer.
