作为未来乡镇工业发展主旋律的“小巨人”企业,如何适应两个根本性转变,在日益规范的市场经济大潮中立于不败之地,是一个既现实又十分重要的课题。乡镇工业经过10多年的大发展,已基本完成了资本的原始积累,步入了第二次腾飞,涌现了一大批资产超千万,年销售超亿元,利税超千万元的“小巨人”企业,初步走上了规模经营的发展道路。这些“小巨人”,是实现乡镇工业二次腾飞的希望所在。从我们余姚镇10余家重点骨干企业情况看,“小巨人”企业已显示了较大的发展优势和经营特色:市场开拓能力较强,企业科技含量较高;资产积累和资本扩张速度较快,企业联合意识较强;重视人才的引进和培养,企业员工素质较高;行业的龙头作用日益显著,企业发展速度比较快;重视企业的整体形象,经营者精神状态较好。 一方面,“小巨人”企业的崛起,推动了生产要素的迅速集聚,在一定程度上改变了乡镇企业“小、低、散”的状况,改善了企业的组织结构,加快了产业、产品结构的调整,促进了乡镇工业的发展;另一方面,对乡镇工业来说,要在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和发展,加快
