HCa-F25/16A3-F(F)和HCa-F25/A2-P(P)是从小鼠腹水型肝癌细胞中分离出来的,在有正常免疫功能小鼠体内只经淋巴道转移的同源而具有不同转移力的两株克隆细胞系。将F细胞和P细胞接种到三种不同免疫功能的小鼠皮下(皮下组)和尾静脉内,它们均出现了淋巴结转移。皮下组F细胞在615小鼠和SCID小鼠体内转移率均很高,在BALB/c-nu/nu小鼠体内转移率最低。P细胞在三种小鼠体内随免疫缺陷程度增高转移率升高,在BALB/c-nu/nu小鼠和SCID小鼠体内伴有肺、肝转移。本实验结果说明F细胞和P细胞对淋巴结有非常特异的亲和性,它不受宿主免疫状态及接种途径影响,宿主的免疫作用很可能影响瘤细胞转移力大小及转移出现时间。T细胞的特异性反应起主要的抗肿瘤转移作用,窦组织细胞增长在早期抗肿瘤转移中起作用。
HCa-F25/16A3-F(F) and HCa-F25/A2-P(P) were isolated from mouse ascites hepatoma cells and were homologous to lymphatic metastases only in normal immune function mice. Two clonal cell lines with different transfer forces. F cells and P cells were inoculated into the subcutaneous (subcutaneous) and tail veins of mice of three different immune functions. All of them showed lymph node metastasis. The transfer rate of subcutaneous F cells in 615 mice and SCID mice was high, and the transfer rate was lowest in BALB/c-nu/nu mice. P cells increased in three mice with increased immunodeficiency. The metastasis rate increased in BALB/c-nu/nu mice and SCID mice with lung and liver metastases. The results of this experiment show that F cells and P cells have very specific affinity for lymph nodes. It is not affected by host immune status and vaccination pathway. The host’s immune function may affect the size of tumor cell metastasis and the time of metastasis. The specific response of T cells plays a major role in anti-tumor metastasis, and sinusoid cell growth plays an important role in early anti-tumor metastasis.
