近几年来,伴随税收工作在社会政治、经济生活中地位的日渐突出和税收宣传活动开展得日益深入广泛,人们对税收宣传的重要意义认识得越来越充分,也越来越重视如何有效地开展宣传,追求宣传的科学性、实效性。但也有些同志仍简单地认为开展宣传不过是突击性地上街发发传单、贴贴标语,或是办办讲座、讲讲税法,这固然可以作为宣传的方式,却未免有失片面。
