目的掌握鼠情动态变化,为制定鼠疫防治策略提供科学依据。方法 2006-2010年每年4-9月采取笼日法,对辖区内开展鼠间鼠疫监测。结果 2006-2010年共布放有效鼠笼11 371个,捕获鼠形动物1 088只,平均鼠密度9.6%;优势鼠种以黄胸鼠(41.5%)和褐家鼠(41.3%)为主;鼠体平均蚤总指数为0.12;室内游离蚤总指数为0.04,黄胸鼠印鼠客蚤指数0.08;检测鼠血清1 038份,鼠肝脾745份,结果全部为阴性。结论未发现鼠间鼠疫流行,局部鼠密度偏高,鼠疫主要宿主动物黄胸鼠为优势鼠种,应引起高度重视。
Objective To grasp the dynamic changes of rats and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of plague. Methods From April to September of each year from 2006 to 2010, Cage method was used to monitor the plague in rats. Results A total of 11 371 effective squirrels were distributed in 2006-2010, and 1 088 mice were captured. The average rat density was 9.6%. The dominant species were mainly Rattus flavipectus (41.5%) and Rattus norvegicus (41.3%), The average flea total index was 0.12; the indoor total flea flea index was 0.04, the rat flea index was 0.08; the rat serum 1 038 and the rat liver and spleen were detected 745, the results were negative. Conclusion No plague epidemic was found in mice and the density of local rats was high. Rattus flavipectus, the main host animal of the plague, was the predominant rat species, which deserved great attention.
