为了强化型号质量监督机制,保证航天飞行试验任务的圆满成功,中国航天机电集团公司于2001年4月23日至24日在北京召开了派驻各单位质量监督代表聘任及工作会。集团公司副总经理承文、科研生产部总师郭志达出席会议并讲了话。 集团公司科技质量部王殿升副部长主持会议并宣读了天机[2001]131号《关于聘任航天机电集团公司质量监督代表的通知》的文件,来自集团公司所属的二、三、六院,○六六基地和三○○七厂的19名质量监督代表从承文副总经理手上接过了聘书,成为航大机电集团公司建立派驻质量监督代表制度后,首批派驻研制、生产单位的质量监督代表。同时,各质量监督代表分别在会上作了工作经验交流。
In order to reinforce the model quality supervision mechanism and ensure the success of the mission of space flight test, China Aerospace Electrical and Mechanical Group Corporation held the appointment and working meeting of quality supervision representative units in Beijing from April 23 to April 24, 2001. At the same time, representatives of quality supervision made work experience exchange respectively at the meeting.
