运用生物力学分析方法对举重动作进行研究是分析技术的重要手段。本研究在参考前人研究成果及经验的基础上,对部分优秀举重运动员进行测试分析,对其技术动作做出诊断和评价,以求揭示优秀女子举重运动员技术特征,发现部分运动员技术上存在的不足,有针对性地解决他们的技术问题,提高科学训练水平。对举重动作的生物力学特点和规律及不同运动员的差异有针对性地进行探讨和研究,为他们技术水平发挥提供科研保障通过对我国国内各级别女子运动员的技术分析,发现每个级别的运动员的技术差异性十分显著,尤其是在杠铃上抛速度,两心的运动轨迹和运动员的下蹲加速度。
The use of biomechanical analysis of weight lifting movements is an important means of analytical techniques. Based on the research results and experience of predecessors, this study tested and analyzed some elite weightlifters, and made a diagnosis and evaluation of their technical actions in order to reveal the technical characteristics of elite weightlifters and found that some athletes are technically Inadequate, targeted to solve their technical problems, improve the level of scientific training.
