对阿司匹林维生素C-2一羟基酯的抗炎作用及胃肠刺激性进行了初步考查。结果表明：该酯具有一定的抗炎作用，胃肠刺激性比阿司匹林显著减小，是一种有发展前景的阿司匹林前体药物。
Anti-inflammatory effects and gastrointestinal irritation of Aspirin vitamin C-2 monohydroxyester were examined preliminarily. The results showed that the ester has a certain anti-inflammatory effect, gastrointestinal irritation was significantly reduced than aspirin, is a promising aspirin prodrug.
