中国图案技法有着自己的优秀传统。双关法是我国图案变化中的优秀技法,是统一与变化的重要法则,所以对双关法有进一步探讨的必要。(一)双关法是用矛盾统一、相辅相成、互相制约的法则处理和组织图案纹样。雷圭元老师论及双关法时曾多次提到太极图形的应用,从太极图入手研究双关法是很有意义的。太极图原为古代说明宇宙现象的图形,是阴阳对立的统一体。圆形外围附有八卦方位,是道教常用的标志。古人认为太极是天地万物的根源,太极分阴阳二气,由阴阳二气产生金、木、水,火、土五行,阴阳化合而生万物。这是一种耦的变化。什么是耦?在物理学上是指两个或两个以上的体系或两种运动之间,通过各种相互作用而彼此影响以至联合起来的现象。例如两个线圈之间的互感是通过磁场的耦合。耦合现象可以变化无穷,利用太极图阴阳的耦合现象可以发生多种变化。
