随着全球经济革命的到来,传统能源行业备受打击,而中国煤炭国企首当其冲,利润大幅下滑,亏损严重,职工生活受到了极大影响,给企业的安全生产和扭亏转型带来了不小的阻力,而此时的治安保卫工作就显得愈加重要,如何发挥国企思想政治工作的独特优势,做好煤炭国企治安保卫工作也成为目前广大政工工作者的重要研究课题。本文以国有大型煤企潞安集团为例,从煤炭国企及其治安保卫工作面临的形势展开,分析了在煤炭国企治安保卫工作中开展思想政治工作的必要性,以及煤炭国企治安保卫思想政治工作在国企中的特殊重要性,并就搞好煤企治保思想政治工作提出了相应意见。
