挤压机机架变形直接影响挤压制品质量。以36 MN预应力结构挤压机为研究对象,利用SolidWorks软件建立包括前梁、后梁、张力柱和压柱等主要部件的机架实体模型,将其导入MSC.Marc软件转化为有限元模型后,应用直接加载法对机架预紧,并对预紧和工作载荷下机架进行受力变形分析,得到了机架变形云图和压柱变形规律。结果表明:预紧载荷下压柱外凸,工作载荷下压柱内凹;前梁采用非中心对称结构使上压柱变形稍大于下压柱。研究结果对挤压机设计和应用具有一定参考价值。
Extruder rack deformation directly affect the quality of extrusion products. Taking 36 MN prestressed structure extruder as the research object, a solid model of the frame including the main components such as the front beam, the back beam, the tension column and the pressure column is established by using SolidWorks software, which is imported into the MSC.Marc software into the finite element model , The direct loading method is applied to prestress the frame, and the deformation analysis of the frame under preload and working load is carried out. The deformation pattern of the frame and the deformation of the column are obtained. The results show that the presser column is convex under the preload and the concave column is concave under the working load. The asymmetrical structure of the front beam causes the upper column to deform slightly more than the lower column. The research results have certain reference value for the design and application of extruder.
