目的：研制一种适合于肠道杆菌Ｌ型生长的培养基。方法：采用平板纸片法诱导肠道杆菌（伤寒、痢疾、大肠）及金黄色葡萄球菌为Ｌ型，观察它们在肠道杆菌Ｌ型培养基上的生长情况，并与改良Ｋａｇａｎ培养基相对照。结果：在改良Ｋａｇａｎ培养基上四种细菌Ｌ型均生长，而在肠道杆菌Ｌ型培养基上金黄色葡萄球菌及其Ｌ型不生长，肠道杆菌及其Ｌ型生长良好，且可区别出肠道致病菌及大肠杆菌。结论：肠道杆菌Ｌ型培养基适用于肠道标本细菌Ｌ型的分离。
Objective: To develop a suitable medium for the growth of intestinal bacilli L type. Methods: The enterobacteriaceae (typhoid, dysentery, large intestine) and Staphylococcus aureus were induced to form L form by the method of flat paper, and the growth of them was observed on the L type medium of enterobacteriaceae and compared with the modified Kagan medium . RESULTS: All four L-forms grew on modified Kagan medium, while Staphylococcus aureus and its L-form did not grow on enteric-bacilli L-medium, and intestinal Lactobacilli and their L-forms grew well and were distinguishable Enteric pathogens and E. coli. Conclusion: Enterobacter L-type medium is suitable for the isolation of bacterial L-forms in intestinal samples.
