心形叶柿(Diospyros cordifolia)是生长于热带地区的一种具有重要经济和药用价值的植物。文献报道其叶子被用作鱼毒素,该植物的乙醇提取物对中枢神经系统有抑制和解痉作用,但也产生心搏徐缓和低血压,乙醇提取物的不同部分还有显著的抗炎、解热和镇痛效果,但它的化学成分过去未曾研究过。作者从该植物的叶子中分离到8个化学成分,经化学方法和光谱分析确定为:熊果酸(ursolicacid)、羽扇醇(lupeol)、蒲公英萜醇(taraxerol)、三十一烷(hentriacontane)、三十一烷醇(hentriacontanol)、α-香树素(α-amycin),β-香树素和β-谷甾醇。
Diospyros cordifolia is a plant that grows in the tropics and has important economic and medicinal value. The literature reports that the leaves are used as fish toxins. The ethanol extract of the plant has inhibitory and antispasmodic effects on the central nervous system, but it also produces bradycardia and hypotension. Different parts of the ethanol extract also have significant anti-inflammatory and resolution. Heat and analgesic effects, but its chemical composition has not been studied in the past. The author isolated eight chemical components from the leaves of the plant. Chemically and spectroscopically, the authors identified as: ursolic acid, lupeol, tatarolol, hentriacontane Hentriacontanol, alpha-amycin, beta-arbutin, and beta-sitosterol.
