1 五味子五味子常用于镇咳去痰的处方中,含有五味子素、戈米辛A等成分。 HPLC定量法 1.1 实验材料样品1～6号、16～24号为中国产五味子,7～10号为南朝鲜产五味子,37～40号为日本产五味子,其他则产地不明。 1.2 标准品五味子经石油醚回流提取,硅胶柱层析分离得五味子素(Ⅰ),mpl28.5～130℃,戈米辛A(Ⅱ),map88～89℃,两种成分的各种物理常数均与理论值比较核实。 1.3 HPIC条件检测波长252nm;灵敏度0.08O.D.;柱LS-120A(4.6×250mm,10μm);流动相乙腈-水(1:1);流速 1ml/min;温度25℃左右。 1.4 提取方法精密称取0.5g粉碎的样
1 Schisandra chinensis is commonly used as a prescription for antitussive and expectorant jasmine. It contains schisandrin and Gomisin A and other ingredients.
