近几年,随着“艺考热”现象的持续升温,全国各高校纷纷设立美术学科并不断扩大招生规模,使得美术专业招生人数大量增长。这种现状在为美术学科的发展带来良好机遇的同时,也使得大批文化水平较低、专业基础薄弱的学生涌入大学校园,不仅在一定程度上打破了传统的美术教育模式,也为学校的教学实施带来了新的问题。面对相当一部分专业基础薄弱的学生,如何在四年的教学中既能完成教学大纲规定的任务,又能保证教学质量,这是许多专业教师面临的现实问题。
