目的分析河北省麻疹实验室监测状况,为2012年实现消除麻疹目标提供依据。方法综合分析河北省麻疹监测信息系统数据、麻疹实验室监测数据以及国家麻疹实验室反馈结果,以评估河北省麻疹实验室的各项监测指标。结果 2007-2009年共检测麻疹疑似病例血清标本11 844份,检测风疹疑似病例血清标本4 668份,其中麻疹IgM抗体阳性标本6 141份,阳性率为51.85%;风疹IgM抗体阳性标本1 184份,阳性率为25.36%。河北省疾病预防控制中心麻疹实验室从254份咽拭子标本中分离出32株麻疹野病毒,经基因序列测定均为H1基因型。近3年来,河北省麻疹实验室在实验室质量控制以及抗体水平监测等方面均运转良好。结论河北省麻疹实验室网络的良性运转,为麻疹疑似病例的实验室诊断和鉴别诊断提供了技术支持,为免疫措施的制定提供了科学依据。
Objective To analyze the monitoring status of measles laboratory in Hebei Province and provide the basis for eliminating the measles target in 2012. Methods The data of measles monitoring information system in Hebei Province, the monitoring data of measles laboratory and the feedback results of the national measles laboratory were comprehensively analyzed to evaluate the monitoring indicators of measles laboratory in Hebei Province. Results A total of 11 844 serum samples were collected from suspected cases of measles in 2007-2009. A total of 4 668 serum samples were collected from suspected cases of measles, of which 6 141 were positive for measles IgM antibody, with a positive rate of 51.85%. Rubella IgM positive samples were 1 184 , The positive rate was 25.36%. The measles laboratory of Hebei Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention isolated 32 measles wild virus from 254 throat swab specimens. The H1 genotypes were determined by gene sequencing. In the past three years, Hebei Province, measles laboratory in the laboratory quality control and antibody level monitoring and so on are working well. Conclusion The healthy operation of measles laboratory network in Hebei Province provided technical support for the laboratory diagnosis and differential diagnosis of suspected cases of measles and provided a scientific basis for the formulation of immunization measures.
