近年来由于化学疗法的进展,白血病的疗效已有显著提高。随着白血病患儿生存时限的延长,脑膜白血病(以下简称脑白)的发生率不断上升,严重威胁患儿生命。目前国内外对脑白的发病规律尚无统一意见。现将我院收治的18例脑白做一综合分析,以期对研究其防治措施能有所裨益。
In recent years due to the progress of chemotherapy, the efficacy of leukemia has been significantly improved. With the extension of the survival time of children with leukemia, the incidence of meningococcal leukemia (hereinafter referred to as white) rising, a serious threat to children’s lives. At present, there is no unified opinion on the pathogenesis of LOH at home and abroad. Now in our hospital 18 cases of brain white to do a comprehensive analysis, in order to study the prevention and treatment measures can be beneficial.
