目的是研究短时间模拟失重(HDT一30°)对大鼠免疫功能及垂体β-内啡肽含量的影响。采用雄性SD大鼠,随机分为正常对照组(12只),模拟失重组(15只)。结果显示,模拟失重3d后,脾淋巴细胞对刀豆蛋白A(ConA)刺激的增殖能力、白细胞介素-2(Interfeukin-2,IL-2)的活性、白细胞介素-1的产生仅有降低趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。模拟失重7d后,脾淋巴细胞增殖能力与对照组比较,分别为12780±1748cpm,15269±1573cpm,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。IL-2的活性和IL-1的产生有下降趋势,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。模拟失重3d后垂体的β-内啡肽含量有下降趋势,作用7d后其含量为103.7±12.3ns/mg,与对照组(130.0±20.6ng/mg)比较,明显降低(P<0.01)。这一变化同脾淋巴细胞增殖降低有相同趋势,说明T淋巴细胞增殖能力的降低可能与垂体β-内啡肽的含量减少有关。
The aim was to investigate the effect of short duration simulated weightlessness (HDT-30 °) on immune function and pituitary β-endorphin content in rats. Male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (n = 12) and simulated weightless group (n = 15). The results showed that after 3 days of simulated weightlessness, the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes stimulated by ConA, the activity of Interfeukin-2 (IL-2) and the production of interleukin-1 Reduce the trend, but not statistically significant (P> 0.05). This change with the reduction of spleen lymphocyte proliferation have the same trend, indicating that the reduction of T lymphocyte proliferation may be related to the reduction of pituitary β-endorphin content.
