新课程,新理念,要求新的学习方式。作为在课程改革背景下提出的小组合作学习教学法,首先,它有力地挑战了教师“一言堂”的专制,改变了过于强调接受学习的现状,体现了课堂教学的民主性特征:在课堂教学中教师与学生的人格地位是平等的,教师不再处于课堂的支配地位;同时学生间的人格地位也是平等的,因为学生在小组中只是分工不同的协作关系,而不再有优劣之分。学生可以在平等的交往中充分展示自己的潜能,教师也成为学生学习和探究的启发者、合作者、促进者。
