患者女，49岁。四左腋下肿块3个月入院。3个月前发现左腋下一肿块，无自觉症状，近来见肿块增大。查体：左腋下一肿块直径约2cm，质中等，可推动，表面不光滑，双侧乳腺未们及肿块。左腋下肿块针吸细胞学检查：找到癌细胞，考虑为乳腺癌转移。胸片、B超、CT及妇科检查均未见乳
Female patient, 49 years old. Four left masses were admitted to the hospital for 3 months. Three months earlier, a lump was seen in the left eyelid. There was no subjective symptom and the mass was recently increased. Physical examination: The diameter of the next mass of the left iliac crest is about 2 cm. It is of moderate quality and can be promoted. The surface is not smooth and the bilateral breasts are not lumps. Left axillary mass needle aspiration cytology: Find the cancer cells, consider breast cancer metastasis. Chest, B-ultrasound, CT and gynecological examinations did not show milk
