本文报道了36例70岁以上高龄食管癌患者的外科治疗。认为对高龄食管癌病人的手术治疗,应采取积极而又慎重的态度,只要严格掌握手术适应证,做好围手术期处理,效果是满意的。
This article reports on the surgical treatment of 36 patients older than 70 years old with esophageal cancer. It is considered that the surgical treatment for elderly patients with esophageal cancer should adopt a positive and cautious attitude. As long as the surgical indications are strictly controlled and the perioperative treatment is performed well, the effect is satisfactory.
