“万般神通皆小术”,修炼至要在“得道”。“佛”不过是“悟道”的觉悟者,“仙”也就是“得道”的“真人”。道,便是人天规律,悟道、得道便是探索、掌握人天规律。但到目前为止,人类还没有也不可能完全掌握人天规律,仍须继续探索。以往的“佛”“仙”“祖”“师”只是掌握了部分道,他们也往往存在局限性或片面性,必须批判地继承并予以发展。“究天人之际”——探索、掌握人天关系,是悟道的首要课题,它既关系到对人天大道的认识,也涉及对人体中道的认识,因而影响着对修炼道——原理、原则的认识,从而影响到对各种养生术包括气功功法的把握,最终影响到
