我厂是一个拥有10套生产装置、2107台设备的大型化工企业,是我国目前最大的氟化工生产基地。以往,我们实行以定期维修和事后维修为主的传统维修制,它已不能满足生产的要求,突发性故障停机和过剩维修给我厂造成了不少经济损失。 近几年来,根据我厂装备的不同特点,先后购置了振动测量仪、脉冲计、故障测听仪、半导体点温仪、电缆探伤仪、光学高温仪、超声波测厚仪以及X射线探伤机等30余台(套)检测仪器,逐步在温度、振动、腐蚀、泄漏、裂纹检测等领域里进行了积极探索,在减少设备故障停机损失、避免过剩维修、提高设备运转率方面取得了初步成效。我们主要抓了以下几个方面的工作。
Our factory is a large-scale chemical enterprise with 10 sets of production equipment and 2107 sets of equipment. It is the largest fluorine chemical production base in our country at present. In the past, we practiced the traditional maintenance system based on regular maintenance and after-sales maintenance. It has failed to meet the production requirements. Sudden failures and over-repairs caused a lot of economic losses to our plant. In recent years, according to the different characteristics of our factory equipment, we have purchased vibration measuring instrument, pulse meter, fault audiometer, semiconductor spot temperature meter, cable flaw detector, optical pyrometer, ultrasonic thickness gauge and X-ray flaw detector More than 30 sets of testing instruments have been actively explored in the fields of temperature, vibration, corrosion, leakage and crack detection. Preliminary results have been achieved in terms of reducing equipment downtime loss, avoiding excess maintenance and improving equipment operation rate. We mainly focus on the following aspects of the work.
