研究了稀土氧化物对负载型非晶态NiB/Al2O3合金催化苯加氢的影响和抗硫性能的影响。用XRD鉴定了非晶结构,用TPR、TPD表征了合金的表面性质。结果表明合金催化剂至少有两种中心;稀土氧化物对苯加氢催化活性提高有明显的改善作用,抗硫性能也有改善。其原因是稀土氧化物有助于氧化镍的还原,从而在反应温度下有更多的活性镍物种被还原,稀土氧化物还能使镍物种颗粒细化,提高活性镍面积。
The effect of rare earth oxides on the catalytic hydrogenation of benzene and the sulfur resistance of NiB / Al 2 O 3 supported amorphous alloys were studied. The amorphous structure was identified by XRD. The surface properties of the alloy were characterized by TPR and TPD. The results show that there are at least two kinds of alloy catalyst center; rare earth oxides on benzene hydrogenation activity increased significantly improve the role of anti-sulfur performance also improved. The reason for this is that rare earth oxides contribute to the reduction of nickel oxide so that more active nickel species are reduced at the reaction temperature, and rare earth oxides refine the nickel species and increase the active nickel area.
