有限元数值模拟中,尤其在模拟土与结构相互作用的过程中,网格划分方法对分析结果有重要的影响。为了保证数值模拟分析的精确性和工程设计施工的安全性,提供较为准确的分析结果,合理地选择复合型衬砌结构与土之间的网格划分至关重要。本文根据北京地铁6号线呼家楼站至金台路站区间的实际地质条件和施工方案,采用Midas-GTS有限元软件对隧道挖土与二衬结构间重叠区域的2种网格划分方法,进行了二维有限元模拟计算,得到了土与二衬结构相互作用下变形与内力的一些结论,对今后此类网格划分有一定的参考价值。
In finite element numerical simulation, especially in the process of simulating the interaction between soil and structure, the meshing method has an important influence on the analysis results. In order to ensure the accuracy of numerical simulation analysis and the safety of engineering design and construction, and to provide more accurate analysis results, it is very important to select the mesh between the composite lining structure and soil reasonably. Based on the actual geologic conditions and construction schemes of Hujialou Station to Jintai Road Station on the No.6 line of Beijing Subway, two kinds of meshing methods are applied to the overlapping area between the tunnel excavation and the second lining structure by using Midas-GTS finite element software After two-dimensional finite element simulation, some conclusions of deformation and internal forces under the interaction of soil and the second lining structure are obtained, which will be of certain reference value for future meshing.
