地方性克汀病患者表现在口腔面颌部发育障碍的资料较少。为收集资料,了解情况,摸索今后的研究方向,以利于早期诊断,丰富诊断内容,我们于1964年4月开始组织人力,对承德市郊区六个点(喇嘛寺、狮子园、罗汉堂、二道河子、三道河子、中营子)及极少部分唐山专区迁西县患者,进行了口腔情况的调查工作。为便于分析比较。对患者之兄弟姐妹及承德市郊区四个小学校(罗汉堂小学、狮子园小学、二道河子小学及柳树下小学)也进行了同样的调查。现将初步结果报告如下。
In patients with endemic cretinism, there is less data on dysplasia in the oral face. The same investigation was conducted on the patient’s brothers and sisters and four elementary schools (Lo Han Tong Primary School, Shion Tze Primary School, Erdoba Children’s Primary School and Willow Lower Primary School) in the suburbs of Chengde City. The preliminary results are reported below.
