用10.6μTEA CO_2脉冲红外激光辐照9~760乇含O_21.3~9.9%的CF_2Cl_2混合气体.通过对比辐照前、后的红外及质谱分析结果,查明生成了CF_3Cl,CO,CO_2CF_2O,CFClO,C_2F_4Cl_2.在我们的较高气压(总压300乇)的试验中由质谱分析知,CF_3Cl>C_2F_4Cl_2。而在文献[2]的较低气压(总压34~17乇)试验中,C_2F_4Cl_2>CF_3Cl;本实验的含氧产物中除CF_2O,CFClO外,还有CO和CO_2,这是文献的试验所没有的,与紫外光子在大气氛中对CF_2Cl_2的光解产物相似,而后者又无CF_3Cl和C_2F_4Cl_2生成。
The mixed gases of O_2 ~ 21.3 ~ 9.9% CF_2Cl_2 with 9 ~ 760Torr were irradiated by 10.6μTEA CO_2 pulsed infrared laser. The results of infrared and mass spectrometry before and after irradiation showed that the formation of CF_3Cl, CO, CO_2CF_2O, CFClO , C 2 F 4 Cl 2. From our MS analysis at higher pressure (total pressure 300 Torr), CF 3 Cl> C 2 F 4 Cl 2. However, C_2F_4Cl_2> CF_3Cl in the lower gas pressure (total pressure 34 ~ 17Torr) in [2]; CO_2 and CO_2 in addition to CF_2O and CFClO in the oxygenated products of this experiment None, similar to photolysis products of CF 2 Cl 2 in the atmosphere of UV photons, whereas CF 3 Cl and C 2 F 4 Cl 2 are not formed in the latter.
