晚清时期,中国和日本几乎在同时开始进行海军建设,而甲午一战的结果令人难以想象。这与两国不同的建军思路有着巨大的关系。文章从两国的造船业对海军建设的作用入手,分析两国海军命运同途殊归的原因。
In the late Qing Dynasty, China and Japan began naval construction almost at the same time. The result of the First Sino-Japanese War was unimaginable. This is a tremendous relationship with the different thinking of the two countries in building the military. Beginning with the role of the shipbuilding industry in naval construction in the two countries, this article analyzes the reasons why the naval fates of the two countries should be reconciled by the same road.
