对30CrMnSi钢的亚温淬火工艺进行了研究,并对其显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,30CrMnSi在820℃亚温淬火和590℃高温回火条件下,其力学性能可以达到常规热处理水平,满足使用要求。
The sub-temperature quenching process of 30CrMnSi steel was studied, and its microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed. The results show that the mechanical properties of 30CrMnSi can reach the level of conventional heat treatment under the conditions of sub-temperature quenching at 820 ℃ and tempering at 590 ℃, which meets the requirements of application.
