绩效考核应促进教师的个人努力目标和学校发展目标一致,考核的指标体系的设计应以提高教师的积极性为导向,在指标体系的设计中应尊重个体的差异性,采用复式考核体系。
The performance appraisal should promote the teachers’ personal hard working target to be consistent with the school development goal. The design of the evaluation index system should be oriented by improving the enthusiasm of the teachers. In the design of the index system, the individual differences should be respected and the multiple appraisal system should be adopted.
